Returns & Exchanges
if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 7 business days after the date of delivery and we have made the returns so easy for you!
Easy Return
- Sign into your Kashi Rudraksha account.
- Find the order in My Orders , click the “Return Item” button.
- Please wait for the courier to pick up the package.
- Please send us an email at info@kashirudraksha.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
- After receiving return instructions from us, please pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your bank account and for that you will have to provide us the bank details. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
1. If you receive a damaged/defective item, Kashi Rudraksha Customer Service should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Items with ‘Non-returnable’, ‘flash sale’, ‘promotion item cannot be returned’ marks as well free gifts, cannot be returned and exchanged.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept returned item(s) that have been used, damaged and washed.
4. We do not accept used items and that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of Non-Kashi Rudraksha products.
Please Note:
Kashi Rudraksha reserves the right not to process returns in the following situations:
1. Return Exceeds the return time limit.
2. Return Non-Kashi Rudraksha Items.
3. Return items belong in the Non-Returnable category.
Refunds
1. Refund will be initiated within 48 hours from Kashi Rudraksha side upon receipt of your package.
2.For Original Payment Account , specific time of the money refunding to your original payment account according to your payment mode/bank account (normally takes 2-10 working days after Kashi Rudraksha initiated).
3.Shipping charge will be deducted from the total refund.
4.The refund will be initiated to your bank account per your request.
